10-Year Limited Warranty
Every Free Bird railing system is backed by a 10-year limited warranty covering materials and finish, so you can build with confidence.
What's covered
Free Bird warrants its aluminum and glass railing systems, posts, parts, stair hardware, and gates against defects in materials and workmanship, and against premature peeling, cracking, blistering, or fading of the powder-coat finish under normal use, for 10 years from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and covers repair or replacement of defective parts, at Free Bird's discretion.
What's not covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper installation or installation not following Free Bird's instructions
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or impact (including hail or falling debris)
- Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs
- Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic scratches from handling and installation
- Accelerated corrosion in coastal or high-salt environments without additional protective maintenance
- Damage resulting from a lack of routine cleaning and maintenance
This warranty covers materials only and does not include labor, removal, or reinstallation costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.
How to file a claim
Contact us with your order number or proof of purchase and a description (and photos, if possible) of the issue. We'll review your claim and, if approved, repair or replace the affected parts at our discretion.
This warranty is provided by Free Bird Railing Supply and is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Terms are subject to change; contact us for the warranty terms in effect at the time of your purchase.
